This is a hand-blown glass paperweight, made by Heron Glass.
 
Heron Glass was a studio in the Lake District of England that produced decorative glassware and paperweights from the early 1990s until 2006. 
 
The paperweight has a spherical shape with an iridescent finish and a textured, wave-like or "lilypad" pattern.
 
The color is a combination of blue and other iridescent tones.
 
Condition:
Very good vintage condition.  No chips, cracks, repairs, or damage observed.
