Description
I can't even describe the sophistication and refinement of this round serving bowl from Fabergé in the Luxembourg Green pattern. This is an excellent and rare piece of fine china made in Limoges France.
The pattern is delicate but bold, luxurious yet refined, current and modern but classic vintage. It's everything.
This is part of a larger set of a private collection of Luxembourg Green china that will be added to listings as I have time to add photographs.
The matching 16" oval serving platter (shown in the first few photos) is available in another listing:

This piece is a 9" round serving bowl, which is a very rare servingware piece and difficult to find. The bowl features an elegant border along the rim, with a delicate band of green foliage motifs and intricate garlands in gold, which add a luxurious touch. Small, colorful floral accents are interspersed within a scrolling pattern, providing a charming contrast to the green and gold detailing. The fine gold band at the top edge enhances the overall elegance and highlights the bowl's refined aesthetic.
This pattern, with its classic and timeless look, reflects Fabergé's commitment to quality and artistry.
This is made from fine bone china which is incredibly strong and durable, technically this should be dishwasher safe but it is *highly recommended* to hand wash. After washing, make sure to dry as soon as possible to avoid tarnishing the gold details. And occasionally touch up the gold details with metal polish specifically for gold. This is not microwave safe due to the real gold metal on the bowl and should not be exposed to high temperatures like those from an oven.
Approximate Measurements:
- 9 5/8" diameter x 3 3/4" tall
This is in excellent vintage condition with no visible chips, cracks, marks, and little signs of wear. This is a rare vintage piece.
