Description
This is a vintage porcelain flower vase in classic ivory / cream color with real gold trim along the rim and base. The vase has a distinctive vertical ribbed pattern running from top to bottom, giving it an elegant textural quality.
This is the Meridan pattern by Lenox. The flower vase has the characteristic high-quality, fine ivory porcelain of a piece made by Lenox. The gold trim detailing along the scalloped edge and base adds a refined touch typical of Lenox's craftsmanship. The ribbed texture catches light and creates subtle shadows along the surface of the vase. There is a nice gloss and shine to the vase.
The shape is tall and slender with a squared or rectangular base that tapers slightly outward toward the top, ending in a gracefully scalloped opening with pointed corners. The vase would be perfect as an Art Deco accent, in Hollywood Regency decor, or in a modern or transitional home. A versatile vintage treasure.
This piece has been *cleaned* and the gold rim accent polished. This is in excellent vintage condition with no visible cracks, or damage, and gold rim is fully intact.
